Microsoft accepts Surface Book 2 has a battery issue.

     Microsoft surface book 2, The flagship device by Microsoft is plagued by a severe battery drainage issue which causes it to lose power despite being connected to a charge and Microsoft accepts this issue.

          Microsoft said - in some intense prolonged gaming scenarios with power Mode Slider set to best performance the batter may discharge while connected to the power supply provided in the box with surface book 2.

          Microsoft advised that user should utilize the device’s power mode slider tool to adjust the performance and battery usage, so don’t play a graphics intensive game at high settings. Wow what an idea..
